Netstar Tracking - Terrible

I recently installed a Netstar tracking device what I was sold is not what I currently receive, the panic button on my car keys does not work, the app does not work or if it does work it shows me where I am and not my car. This is terrible I felt the tracking device in my car and after several calls everything is still not sorted out
