Netstar Tracking Doesnt Work

I called Netstar to install a tracking device on my car when I bought it, they came installed and the car was visible on the app I thought all was good and well. Almost a year later while using the server I was in a place where I felt unsafe so I removed a tag from my key and put it in my pocket so I could easily lose it in case I got high-jacked that way Netstar would see that the car is moving without the key. I then traveled home safely and left that tag in my trousers pocket the next day when I drove the car, I drove around all day and no one called to ask what was going on, I remembered that the key didn't have a tag and called them to ask where my car was while I was driving the car and they agents from the emergency line told me that my account is canceled the app showed that my car is at home where as I was on the road driving it. The agents were very rude when I told them their company has been debiting my account for almost a year yet I'm not getting the service. I tried the panic button and nothing happened, I called them again we agreed they would send tech to check it, the same guy who installed it came back and worked on the car now the car says it is always in Centurion in a place I've never been, the app doesn't show the car anymore, panic button still doesn't work or leaving tag behind. I'm in the process of requesting all my premiums and for them to remove their nonsense. I highly recommend you stay away
