Netstar tracking a waste!!

<p>Why is it that the Netstar is always delayed in showing the exact loction of our drivers. This is causing massive problems between drivers and controllers as the app and website is always delayed.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have had a previous query and spoke a Denise regarding poor service from Mpho. I was promised by her supervisor a months free service. She promised to put this in e-mail and never did and also never received a months free service.</p> <p> </p> <p>Honesty goes a long way......</p>
