Netstar Tracker Doesn’t Deliver

Netstar Review – Extremely Disappointed I bought a car two months ago and, to date, the Netstar tracker is STILL not working. I have called in multiple times over the past several weeks, only to be given excuses and now even told that there is no technician available. This is completely unacceptable. The service from Netstar has been nothing short of terrible. There is absolutely no customer care, no sense of urgency, and no concern for resolving the issue. I am beyond frustrated and extremely disappointed. At this point, I do not want to continue with this contract due to Netstar’s clear non-compliance and failure to deliver the service I am paying for. I would never recommend this company to anyone.
