Netstar Tracker App – Severe functionality issues, inaccurate location data & lack of resolution

The Netstar tracking app has been performing extremely poorly for quite some time now.

The main issues that I am experiencing are:

• The app is severely outdated and not functioning as it should it fails to show the car’s current real‑time location most of the time.

• It does not detect or indicate when the vehicle is moving; in many instances, it shows the car as stationary even while I am driving it.

• Trip history and activity logs are completely delayed it only displays trips I made three or more days ago, and none of the trips or movement from the last 72 hours appear at all.

I previously reported these faults and I was told the matter would be escalated and resolved yet nothing has improved and the problems persist exactly as before.

This leads me to ask a very serious, critical question: If my vehicle were to be ****** or involved in an incident right now would Netstar actually be able to accurately locate, track or recover it? If your own system and app cannot detect movement, show live location or log recent trips, how can I trust that the tracking device itself is working reliably?

I pay for this service specifically for security, peace of mind and accurate tracking right now, the service is ineffective, unreliable and does not deliver what was promised.
