The service is Horrible. I've been calling customer care and getting case numbers but my case hasn't been solved. Everyday same story, they will call me back. they never do, I called so many times to cancel and I'm not getting assistance as well. I've been they are client since 2016 but I haven't gotten value for money. my advice stay away from Nestar tracker.
