NETSTAR TOTAL TRASHY

DON'T EVER even think of dealing with Netstar when looking for a tracker! On BOTH occasions, of selling BOTH our vehicles we requested a cancellation of our contract, I was told we cannot 'cancel', but we can transfer it to the new owner of the vehicles. Even after SEVERAL attempts to do this, YOU HEAR NOTHING FROM NETSTAR. (Except promises of a reply, which NEVER happens). Managed to get hold of one lady who assured that "as it was not our error that this was not followed up, she will recommend a cancellation & will get back to me. NO FURTHER EFFORT WAS MADE FROM NETSTAR, AND THEY CONTINUE TO TAKE MY MONEY.... WORST SERVICE OF ANY COMPANY II HAVE EVER DEALT WITH.!! WARNING CONSUMERS... DON'T EVER SIGN A CONTRACT WITH NETSTAR, NO MATTER HOW APPEALING & CONVINCING THEY SOUND, YOU WILL STRUGGLE IF YOU EVER SELL YOUR VEHICLE,!!!!
