Netstar the worst vehicle tracking co in SA

Yesterday 22/10/2019 at 12:30pm i decided to test the response time of Netstar which i have been using to track my car. I did not get any response from them at all. They sent me an sms at 17:33 asking if all is in order or press 2 for assistance.

If i am in an emergency where do i get the time to respond to their sms. At that my car would crossed the border or strapped of all parts to the bone.

I am shocked to sat the least that a company tjat we are trusting to protect our properties is not up to the game. This service is horrible. I advise everyone to stay aeay from Netstar tracker
