Netstar the worst company to ever deal with.

Netstar has given me a shocking service. I have been your client for 9 years without any missed payments. I requested cancellation of the policy on the 18/02/2021 and to my shock i receive harassing calls from collection agents telling me about an outstanding amount to be paid. This is the 3rd month and i still have not received any confirmation letter for cancellation yet you are quick to collect money from people. I want you to ensure that this policy is cancelled and i receive confirmation letter. I want an apology for this. Make sure that my account is closed with a zero balance and remove my name from your collections team or any credit bureau and also confirm that in writing. I hope that i will not have to follow up again. I am going to spread the word to all family and friends. This has been the worst shocking service i have received in this country.
