Netstar - the worse company ever, stay far away.

Honestly the most useless and awful place I have ever had to deal with. They keep calling me demanding I pay R160 for a contract that was cancelled on 30/3/2023. I have even spoke to Barry at senior management who sent an email confirming this has been canceled and stated I owe nothing. Despite my endless emails with this letter they are still calling me like g'damn maniacs for the money. How on earth do you think I owe you. I used you for 5years and 8 months and never ever used your services. I paid each month in advance. I canceled weeks before the next premium was due... I have sent proof and Barry confirmed this. Why are you still hounding me. The most terrible service with completely *********** staff who are rude and can never resolve anything. They request proof time and again. I send it but still harassing me. I will never ever use them again and I am so glad I moved companies!
