I tried to call them (Netstar) you will hold until you run out of airtime, I have sent them email on the 29 April 2019 of which they rep**** on the 3rd May 2019 and they gave me incorrect email address to escalate the matter should they not respond.

I am still waiting for their feedback

I wouldnt recommend them to anyone
