Netstar terrible services

Netstar keeps calling me and claiming that I have a 3 year contract with them over a service that came free with my insurance. They keep debiting my account and they never respond to my emails when I demand answers. They have now handed over this contract that they claim I have with them but whenever I ask them to send me statements and proof of this contract they fail to provide me with the documents. The company that is now holding this ********** account(Nudebt) Keeps calling me and the consultants are threatening me. I am tired of this treatment. I have many emails that serve as proof of my queries but all of them are left unanswered. I just keep getting calls of ************. Netstar is a terrible company. They take advantage of us and lie to us just to get the service but they always come with ********** activities. I saw that this has happened to many others. Netstar does not even respond!!!!
