I wrote countless emails attaching proof of payment which was made months ago, and today, guess what, I was informed that they have handed over my account to the lawyers.

My advise to people, if you mind peace, do not deal with NETSTAR period!!!!

Their customer service is appalling!!! I don't know how many people I spoke to and emailed the proof of payment, but still nothing. I mean, in this day and age, one does not even have to send proof of payment because it should reflect on the companies account. After going through this trouble, so many times, for months, now the account is sent to the lawyers, how????

I cannot imagine what would happen should you need them to find your car!!!!!
