Netstar technicians unavailable until January 2025.

We had Netstar installed in our vehicle on 27 November 2024. We have had numerous messages from them that they have received an alarm from the vehicle , most of these are received early hours of the morning while we are sleeping. On 27 November a case was logged but no technicians contacted us to come and inspect the unit. We received 3 more messages last night , also early hours of the morning, We have just spoken to their Customer Care who informed us that they cannot come out until 3 January 2025 !! The reason being most of their technicians are on leave !!
