NETSTAR TAKING MONEY FROM BANK ACCOUNTS UNAUTHORISED

I have been in contact with NETSTAR on almost a monthly basis since Sep 2019 to sort out an anauthorised debit order being debited to my bank account. Every time they refund me the amount and promise that the problem has been resolved. Needless to say it has not as today is the third time that the debit order has been processed. I wish to report them to the relative Ombuds Office but they do not know who/where it is??? I now have to wait for the Financial Manager to get back from leave just to repeat the process again. Pathetic service! I shall not recommend them to anybody.
