netstar tacking units are useless and unreliable

I am so disappointed in Netstar. I was hijacked and later reported the issue to them. We had a Nano unit which I regret having because it is useless device which cannot pull any information. netstar does not call us we keep asking for updates, they dont have any record of where the vehicle was last seen. Its been 8 days now but no feedback nothing. what I would like to tell people is stay away from netstar if you want peace after being hijacked. I went to an extent of Hiring a PI to help because wow netstar is useless.
