Netstar sucks

Been with netstar for about 5 months and not only does the unit keep giving colision alarms from January for a brandnew vehicle that has never been in an accident, they keep phoning 3 times a month a say they have loaded a ticket. So the 7nit is still defective and they keep transfering my calls with no resolution. To make things worse this month is the second month they made a double deduction and i have to call in an be transferred endlessly to get a refund. You will recieve better service from prison gaurds when you go to jail... I now have to pay lawyers to sue them for a contract release and breach of contract.
