Netstar stop doing this *****!!!!

Netstar still refuses to cancel my contract. It's almost a year since I paid up everything as agreed. my vehicle was written off in 2021 December, from January to September 2022 i paid the cancelation fee in monthly installments, as of today 23 June 2023 Netstar still refuses to cancel my contract. I have made calls, sent emails and received calls that it will be canceled but now I'm getting threats about being taken to credit bureau. They continued to deduct even after the agreed period and I requested my refund which I was promised but nothing has changed. now they harass me about not paying.
