Netstar sort out this expensive mess

I have spent many hours trying to get to the bottom of what an amount of R 214 that has been debited off my account monthly is for and and after paying R 40 to STD Bank they informed me that it was Netstar. I did ask Standard Bank to reverse it however I got charged an additional R65 for them to do so so incurring extra costs over and above this R 214.

The debit order reference is Badgernets Nets 119180 Insurance Premium for an amount of R 214. Netstar better sort this out once and for all as I do not have a netstar tracking unit in my vehicle.
