NETSTAR - Sneaky habits to make customers pay unnecessarily

Netstar cancellations/retention has promised to send me a reference number to confirm the cancellation of my contract. this has not happened and i am thinking that they are trying to loop me into paying another debit order unnecessarily. its this type of trickery that discourages me from doing business with such ppl.
