Netstar Signal slow

I have noticed the netstar app signal on the app is very slow whether on my fibre line or cellphone signal still slow if my bakkie is stoled this app is a bit slow if my bakkie gets ****** a lot can happen in 5 min to jam a tracker signal with a jamming device happens immediately locating the device with the signal detector depends on the functions of the signal jammer knowledge of the ***** specializing in Cybersecurity this causes concern just as wifi signals can be jammed immediately so can tracking devices on my previous bakkie that got ****** the tracker signal dissapeared after 10min
