Netstar - shocking service and shocking emergency response

SHOCKING! Netstar believe it is ok to send an alert sms when a car emergency signal is sent to them. Reply 1 if you are safe reply 2 if you need assistance??? Really. It is the most ridiculous thing I have ever come across. If you are being hijacked you cannot respond to an sms. If you do not respond they take anywhere between 8min to 15min to call you. You could be dead by then or in a boot! I have asked them several times to remove me from the "sms option" (which I never opted for in the first place) and each time they "escalate" it but never call me back and guess what... my car alarm goes off and I get an sms asking if I need help.

Their service is terrible, their response time to emergencies is even more shocking, their method of response (SMS) is beyond belief and their so called managers dont exist as every escalation never gets dealt with.
