Netstar shocking neglect

This company installed a tracker years ago, then discontinued the unit WITHOUT INFORMING ME AT ALL! This meant I drove for at least SIX MONTHS with no tracking device! When I called to check (every six months) to see the unit was working, I was told they couldn't detect it and I need to go and get an upgraded unit installed at a few thousand more. Then, to add insult to injury, Netstar carried on billing me for a unit that wasn't working and that they had discontinued with no notification! We refused to pay the months that no service was rendered or provided. Netstar then handed us over to ITC - DESPITE the fact that we have insisted that a summons be issued and we will meet them in court. Disgraceful company, disgraceful service - and a complete neglect of their duty of care - what if my BMW had been ****** with no tracker?!!! Nestar - SHAME!
