NETSTAR SHOCKING ADMINISTRATION SERVICE
Help line *** does not work on my Vodacom phone. Help line *** just rings off after one ring. After recent upgrade, I've been double debited. This has happened previously and I never got any refund. Cannot get hold of anyone without physically going to their KZN head office which is very inconvenient.
