NETSTAR SERVICES ARE HORRIFIC

I was in a motor vehicle accident and my car was written off. I contacted Netstar and was told that a consultant would phone me back, as they were having what clearly sounded like a party in the background. After days of no contact from them I called again. The consultant was extremely unhelpful and I requested that the legal department contact me as a matter of urgency. I have still had no calls from them and they proceeded - without my permission - to deduct from my account. They didn't even have the decency to inform me that they will attempt to deduct anything . No communications from them. They don't care about their customers - NETSTAR
