Netstar Ruining Credit profiles

I had 6 trackers on my food delivery bikes paying around R200 a month on each. After around 4 months I decided to cell the bikes n called Netstar to inform them. Ooh the agent on the call saw an opportunity to ***** me. He told me that I will have to pay the rest of the remaining 3 years of contract left on each tracker. Which they do not tell you when you take the tracker 🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩. He tells me that I must pay R16 000 right away. I tell him can you arrange with someone to call me about payment arrangements because I will not be able to pay 16k now. He says ok.

2 months pass I get call from them saying payment is needed immediately. I tell the guy Im waiting for call from netstar to arrange a monthly payment. He says no we want you to pay now. Ant the now trying to debit the money from my account. 3 weeks later im receiving emails from Nimble credit solution saying my netstar debt has been handed over. HANDEDOVER really? as if ruining someone's credit life is a game. Why would you even do that just Because I said the payment should be arranged into installments?

Is netstar even a credit provider since its now playing games on our credit profiles?
