Netstar rubish service

I took out Nestar tracking in December 2023. After howmany complaints the system is still not working. Netstar did not replace the system or even contact me to replace it. But everymonth they take R179 pm. According the app the technician will contact you in 24 to 48 hours. Not once did they contact me.
