I recently hit a pothole and I only noticed the damage on my tire a day later. And with so many potholes on Gauteng roads I was not sure which one damaged my tire. So I called and told them what my issues are but they still wanted information I didn’t have right there and then on the call. And I told the consultant that “but I told you I don’t have that information” I know where I traveled but I don’t know the exact pothole. And with attitude the lady said “you can always google” Like honestly, I called for them to give me information on alternative solutions so can get the service that I paid them for but they cannot assist. I paid a premium for service of assistance but all they give me is how they cannot assist. Instead of solving my problem.

Never take up that cover, it’s a useless product.
