Netstar RIPOFF for removal of device.

We had a unit in our vehicle that needed to be removed. We were no longer customers with Netstar for over two years, but the unit was draining the vehicles battery, so it needed to be removed. After long Emails back and forth, I was told that it would cost R287,50 to remove the unit. But they told my Girlfriend a different price over the phone, which was almost double what I was quoted. I was adamant that we pay what was originally quoted. I paid the amount on their insistence before they would remove the unit, I asked if I could bring the vehicle in as we needed it done as a matter of urgency. They did not give me an address, several days later a technician came around and removed the unit in less than 5 mins. Month end, Netstar promptly tries to deduct R230 from my Girlfriends device, for 'Removal of device,' so basically wanted to charge her over R500 to do it. Every time we have to reverse that transaction.
