Netstar *******

Very bad service. I have been billed just over double my agreed premium for 2 months already (R294.23). Sent emails over past 2 months but no response whatsoever. Even better, Capitec doesn't allow me to cancel or reverse from the App. There goes another half day wasted in the bank queues again. Wish I could cancel immediately. This is the worst service I've seen. Take the money n run.
