Netstar refusing to cancel my late father's tracker service.

My father passed away in October 2025 , and upon his passing, I immediately informed Netstar to cancel and remove his Netstar tracker service. I submitted his ID and death certificate as proof that he is no more, they refused to cancel the service and requested the letter of authority, which we do not have. We have to the Master's office to request this letter, but we were informed that the letter could take more than a year to be finalized. I then requested Nestar to at-least remove the tracker and freeze his account until the letter of authority is issued, they also refused this request. How do you continue billing a dead man? is this even legal and ethical, are these the values of this company? Or are they deliberately trying to make more money out of our demise of losing our father, who has been their client for more than 15 years. Is this how they are rewarding him for his loyalty to this company, as they continue sending invoices and sms reminders to pay, they are escalating the invoice amount on monthly basis. Regards, Son, ***
