Netstar refuses to fix faulty tracking unit
Faulty netstar tracking device. Netstar has been promising to log a call with their Technicians to attend to the faulty device and over a week later no technician despatched and I am still sitting with a faulty device. NETSTAR YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS APPALLING. PLEASE DON'T SIGN UP WITH NETSTAR.
