Netstar really bad

No star actually. For starters, I am forced by First for women to have Netstar's device installed for my insurance to be valid. It's been a week of struggling with Netstar. I have to call them when FFW said Netstar will call me. Monday and Tuesday they said they will call me back but they let my phone ring only once so then I call them back and then they claim they got no answer from me but they don't ring long enough. Eventually, we finished the process on my expensive (airtime) with a broken line every time. However, the person from Netstar said that she does not book the date and time, the fitment center that installs the device will call me and they did not. Today I phoned to get the number for the fitment center and I insisted on holding on but I feel that I was just left hanging until my airtime ran out again, so far R300 in airtime on Netstar and no tracking device fitted.
