Netstar, pretending to be a Service

Netstar is a most useless tracking service that I've ever come across. When their system detects that something's wrong with my car they're only happy to send me an SMS to respond 1 if all is well, or respond 2 if assistance is needed. When I don't respond they never bother to call and check if all is still well, instead they're happy to send another SMS even an hour later. What if there was actually trouble in that time, like a hijacking or whatever problem? Useless since June 2025 when I bought the car.
