Netstar - Poor workmanship, poor communication, poor planning.
Requested Netstar to install tracker in my new vehicle. Vehicle was parked at the dealership. Tracking unit was installed on Wednesday, 17th Dec. Collected the vehicle from the dealership on Saturday, 20th Dec. I got home and when I parked the vehicle and locked, it triggers an alarm. I went back to the dealership. Dealership informed me that this has been going from the day the tracker was installed. So the alarm was triggered due to a poor installation. Called Netstar on the same Saturday to report the issue. Technician was scheduled to attend to my issue at 11:00 on 23rd Dec. By 11:30, the Tech did not pitch. Called Netstar and was informed that the Tech is not at work.
Poor workmanship, poor communication, poor planning. This was supposed to be given high priority, as the dealership mentioned to me that the alarm should trigger only if the door is not closed properly and I'm trying to lock the vehicle.
