Netstar poor service for tracker fitment follow up

Netstar doesn't take customers seriously. I contacted them 2 months back requesting for a tracker to be installed in my vehicle , they made a quote but never booked for fitment. I then followed up they said the devices are out of stock. Till now i haven't received feedback , i tried calling them non of their lines is picking up . Am not sure if they don't want any more customers or they just ignoring me on purpose.
