Netstar Poor service

I am really fed up with Nestar car tracking company. I don't know how many times I have spoke to their call centers and every time I talk to them they always say the samething ("we apologize, it shouldn't have happened, we will escalate it to the relevant department), but yet every month they keep deducting my account and now they are threatening to blacklist me even though I don't owe them anything.
