Netstar Poor Service

I’ve been having a back and fourth with Netstar for the last 2 months because they are billing me even after I cancelled my subscription 2 months ago. This is really frustrating because now they are involving debt collectors for a fee that I am not liable for. I came to this platform to complain and a consultant called me but now that I have been quiet, they still have not attended to my cancellation request. This is the worst service that I have ever received.
