Netstar poor service

Having a problem with netstar tracking device draining my battery , I reported to netstar so that they check indeed a technician came but he never gave me any feedback on the findings he told me the office will call me with feedback as he is not allowed to give customer feedback. I waited for a call from netstar till this day. A few days later after the technician came my car battery was drained again and my car could not switch on. I called netstar again and explained that I want to cancel my contract with them and wish for the device to be removed because I'm not getting help with the device draining my battery issue and always when my battery dies I must find someone to help start the car. Now I'm told I must pay *** for the device to be removed of which it's their poor service that made me take the decision to remove and cancel. Till this day no one has called me from Netstar to explain what the technician found and I'm struggling again for them to come remove their device. This is not fair cause I have used my airtime to call Netstar so many times but still not assisted.
