Netstar poor service

You dont deserve a star at all. Your service six big time, your consultants are useless. I'm being put from pillar to post. I cancelled my insurance with budget and called netstar to load my debit order and they went on and cancelled my contract without my authority. They said I cancelled on WhatsApp and I didnt. I asked them why would I call you to run a debit order and cancell the contract??service is appauling
