Netstar poor service.
On the 4th may 2020, my dad was hijacked, I called the call center and the guy that answered was very rude as he insisted on confirming that my dad had been hijacked,I couldn't remember he's name as I'd been on so many calls during the time, I viewed the status of the vehicle in the app and knew something was wrong as my mom told me my dad was supposed to be home in a few minutes, so the guy insisted to call someone else and called my mom who was already distraught to hear the vehicle had been kilometers away from the vicinity that it was supposed to be. He questioned me why my dad was not carrying a cellphone as well. During an emergency there's no need to question about these things, I understand they can track cellphones, but you don't tell someone you must sit your Dad down once every thing is normal and tell him to carry a cell phone when you have to report an emergency. I've called to complain about the poor service that I received on the day as well as spoke to a supervisor who said he will listen to records and which was on 6th May and get back to me, no response up until today. Very poor service and really disappointed. Only thing helped me is was knowing which direction to go look for my dad. I guess once a vehicle is gone and lost network they don't go back to the area where the vehicle last lost network, it could still be in the area. Really glad my dad was able to get help. Hopefully other customers will have better luck and no issues like I've had.
