Netstar pocketing, with no customer service

I requested a follow-up on why I am paying R222 pm for service vs R199 pm as the most expensive advertised package at Netstar (email dd 14 Oct 2020). To date no response and I have just cancelled my service with them and will migrate to another SP, which is cheaper with improved service/package.
