Netstar - pay what you owe

I cancelled my Netstar contract last year and paid it up in full, for the next few months Netstar continued deducting premiums despite calls to the contact centre to get them to stop this. Eventually this month they stopped deducting the premium, but no refund was given. Dismal service from Netstar, will never use them again.
