Netstar - Pathetic service and ******* debit orders
Netstar has one of the worst customer service we have ever experianced. We have been waiting on a consultant or supervisor to call us back as advised by the call centre agent, this was a few weeks ago. Then on the 25th November they decide to debit us a large amount, unauthorised and *******. Patheic
