Netstar pathetic service
Refund owed for 17 months of over billing. Have tried since December 2020 to get my refund, to no avail. I have been give "Reference Numbers" over and over, the latest being CAS***-M653.
All I want is the money owed to me, asking for the interest thereon I suppose would be asking too much?
