Netstar pathetic company

I had a contract with netstar and I cancelled when the contract was up. They did not come and take their tracker out of my vehicle and it's now draining my battery as I have another tracking unit from another company in my vehicle. .The lady by the name of Ayanda said I must pay a fee of R 550 for them to come and take out their unit that they installed. This instruction came from their line supervisor Shaun Abrahams. The must take their unit out of my vehicle without my money. It unit belongs to them not me so they must remove the unit from both my VEHICLES and Rob me
