Netstar panic useless

The service I’ve received is poor, spoke to two team leaders and still my query has not been resolved I am not sure if I still get a call since I’m sharing my experience will I be assisted. We are approaching the festive since and my concern is if I am not assisted and I get hijacked will Netstar be liable as their panic is not working ?
