Netstar only deducts and ignore your requests

I was introduced to Netstar through a car insurance I had. I had to take out my previous car tracker because of the contract I had with that insurance. So I cancelled the insurance in October 2023. When I wanted to cancel with Netstar last year, they said I need to pay R900 because the 'contract' says so. I continued with them until I couldn't pay anymore since they deduct in their own days even after informing them of my pay day. They them took me to debt collectors and still ignoring my cancelation request. I managed to pay their money that I owe. Now they are deducting the same amount yet still ignoring my cancelation request. When you don't find money you'll be taking me to debt collectors again just messing with my credit score. Is this how you (Netstar) guys work? Even your WhatsApp bot doesn't work.
