Netstar on it again

Looks like those with Netstar you can be up for a big lose. Had my bakkie ****** with 2 netstar trackers and never been recovered up to now. Only to be told that one tracker was cancelled without me being informed. When I called them they told me someone senior was to call me. Wrote an email but still no response. When I wrote on this platform thus were I got an email with a case number. Now on my other car got same system but to my surprise yesterday removed the battery tawed the car but no call came through. The same thing that happened when my bakkie was being taken away. No call came through even when people were tempering with their tracker. There is no early warning about their tracker. be careful other wise you will lose big. If anyone has contacts to have netstar answerable please help. On their removal of the tracker they were talking to someone one the line who was explaing where the tracker was of which I suspect something fishy with netstar.
