Netstar old tracking unit - not supported

I have a Netstar tracker in my vehicle (not used often). I phoned Netstar to test unit - then they told me that for the last 2 years the unit is no longer supported! I was never informed about this. I asked them to get the guys to contact me to install new model on 2 x occasions via email - no reply! Service non existent.
